What is a creator subscription?

Fans pay a monthly price to see your subscriber-only posts and member photos and videos. You set the price, the offers and what is included. Fans sign in on the web with a phone number or email — they do not need to add you on LINE first.

What do I need before starting?

Two things: a portal account, and a few photos or videos for your posts. Fill in your avatar, cover and one-line intro on My page first; the subscription card and your public page use the same profile.

How should I price it?

Set the monthly price in TWD between NT$30 and NT$30,000; you can change it later. A change only affects new subscriptions — fans already on auto-renew keep the price they subscribed at.

Multi-month discounts vs. first-month offers

Multi-month discounts apply to 3, 6 and 12 months paid once, with no auto-renew. A first-month offer is a promotional price on the 1-month plan; you can limit it to new or lapsed subscribers, set dates and a quota, and the regular price returns afterwards. The two never stack.

The three access levels

Public: everyone can see it — good for introducing yourself. Subscribers only: visible to active subscribers. Pay-per-post: bought separately, even by subscribers, at a price you set per post. A post has exactly one level.

Media library and posts

Photos and videos live in your media library and posts pick from it. Fans only see media that is in a published post; items that just sit in the library stay private. For a locked post, people who have not unlocked it see only the title and your public preview line.

Revenue and the platform fee

For every subscription and pay-per-post purchase the platform keeps a 20% service fee and the rest is yours. The subscribers tab shows total subscription revenue, the fee and your share. The portal shows the current rate.

Can I change a fan’s auto-renew?

No. Auto-renew is the fan’s choice; you can only view it. Multi-month plans have no auto-renew and show as not applicable.

Troubleshooting

Blocked when publishing a subscriber-only post: save a paid plan in subscription settings first. Blocked when publishing an offer: you also need a monthly price. Media missing from the picker: upload it to the library, or check it was not removed. For anything else, contact support.
