What does a subscription unlock?

A subscription opens that creator’s subscriber-only posts plus member photos and videos. Each creator decides what is included, and the plan lists it. AI interaction, gifts and pay-per-post items are billed separately.

Do I have to auto-renew?

No. The monthly plan lets you choose; if you leave it off, the subscription simply ends. The 3, 6 and 12-month plans are paid once and never renew on their own.

When is auto-renew charged?

A monthly subscription with auto-renew is charged on its end date, using the card you paid with. If that charge fails we try once a day for three more days; after that auto-renew stops and nothing more is charged. If you signed in with an email, you get a message when a charge fails and when auto-renew stops.

Can I cancel? What about what I already paid?

Turn auto-renew off any time in My subscriptions. What you already paid for stays open until its end date. Refunds follow our refund policy, and support can help with problems.

I subscribed — why are some posts still locked?

Those are pay-per-post items. They are not part of the subscription, so subscribers buy them separately too; once bought, that post stays unlocked. Each post says whether it is subscriber-only or pay-per-post, with the price.

Is this the same account as my LINE chat?

No. Subscriptions use a web member account signed in by phone number or email. It is separate from your LINE or Telegram chat identity.

Is paying safe? Anything else to know?

Card details are entered on PAYUNi’s page; we never handle or store your card number. The amount, period and renewal status are whatever the page shows before you pay. Give what feels comfortable; the service is for adults 18 and over.
