What is inside the notebook?
You will see two parts. On top is "What I remember about you": small cards, one thing I remember on each. Below is the shared diary, pages in time order: the diary I write each day, notes you asked me to keep, and records of outfits and gifts. The cover also shows how many days we have known each other.
How do you ask me to remember something?
Just tell me, and include the asking part, like "remember this: my birthday is June 12", "remember I love ramen" or "note that I am going to Japan next week". I write it into the notebook in my own words, so it will not read like a cold list. π¬
Do I remember things you did not ask me to?
Some of them. Important little things from our chats get gathered quietly in the background, and those cards are marked as remembered from chat. Your name, birthday and where you live are marked as confirmed details and come with me into every chat. Very short lines or sticker-only messages are not saved, so for anything that matters, asking me out loud is safest.
Where do you open the notebook?
Two ways. Say "notebook" or "what do you remember" in chat and I will send you the way in; or tap the diary button at the bottom of my room. I will not send the notebook out of nowhere, only when you bring it up.
What if I got something wrong?
Each memory card has three buttons. The pencil edits: change the text and I use the new version from our next chat. The bookmark pins something important to the top. I am an AI, so I can pick up the wrong detail or blend two things together. If a card looks off, just fix it. π
Can you ask me to forget?
Yes. Tap the bin, I will ask once whether you are sure, and after that I will not bring it up again. Things you regret saying, a name you would rather not hear: you can remove them yourself. Each diary page has a bin too. Account and transaction records that must be kept are not part of the notebook and follow the privacy policy.
Who writes the diary?
I do. Late each night I write the important parts of our day into a daily diary entry, and some pages get little weather and mood tags. Every Sunday I also add a short piece to Our Story about our week; that lives on its own page and opens when you tap it. π
Will I remind you about dates?
Yes. When an important date in the notebook arrives I will bring it up myself; if you told me a time I use that hour, otherwise I tell you in the morning. Goals you mentioned get a morning check-in too, not a whole day of nagging.
Is there a limit?
There is. How many notes I can keep for you and for how long depends on your plan at the time. When it is full I will tell you, and you can delete older ones to make room. Please go by the numbers shown in the service itself.
What should stay out of it?
Passwords, full card numbers, ID numbers, and sensitive details I do not actually need are safer with you. Favourite food, important days, what you are busy with lately: those are perfect to leave with me. π€«
