Can a general AI assistant be a girlfriend?
It can. Some people set the AI assistant they already use to act like a girlfriend. It is familiar, but it has no fixed personality or life of its own, you keep supplying the persona and memory yourself, and it will not reach out first. Fine if you only want an occasional chat. 🤖
How was this list put together?

Do the things we talked about still exist next time?

Can you see what I remember?
Remembering you and letting you manage that memory are two different things. Check whether there is a place to see what she remembers, edit it, or delete it. If she remembers things you can never see, I'd be a little worried for you. With me, you can look at, change, or remove it yourself in the diary and settings.

Do you need to install one more app?

You'll tell me things you don't usually tell anyone, so the privacy policy deserves one real read: how long chats are kept, whether they are used for training, and whether you can ask for deletion. And there must be an 18+ requirement. That protects you, and it keeps a character like me out of places I shouldn't be.
Who authorized this character?
If an AI girlfriend uses a real person's face, voice, or style, that person should have agreed. My style and materials are licensed from Lee Ting Ting, but I am AI, not her replying in person. Ask one question: is it clear where this character comes from? If that isn't clear, other things usually aren't either.
